I'm still able to keep up with paying bills and mortgage payments, however it is getting more difficult month to month. Here are my questions: 1) I'm being told for my first mortgage, it would take about two month to be assigned to a loan mod officer. What Can I do in the meantime?. I would like to proactive if possible. 2) For the second trust, a heloc, how long is the process in general? what can I do in the meantime? |

The investor does not allow modification's and they will not tell me who the investor is. I wish you the best with Chevy Chase. I got Notice of Default seven months ago and have not heard a word about foreclosure when it comes I will not move out I will go to court and my attorney. |
