I just got a letter from Skank of America telling me about a "new" program that might interest me. They actually write "What do you have to lose?" in the letter. They are beyond depraved because I do not for one minute believe they don't know what one department is doing compared to the others. They send these letters for what? To show in court when they try to steal my home away from me? What good will that do because I have plenty of other documentation to prove I have been way more proactive than they have in trying to come to a workable solution.

I know it is probably a formality letter or whatever, but it still is disgusting. They actually made a pamphlet full of bs about all their "solutions". Who paid for the pamphlet and the mailing? I bet it was TARP money. They actually included ONE sentence in the entire pamphlet about loan modifications so that is how much they want that option to go away.

Interesting. I talked to my "negotiator/employee" last week and he said that Skank was not interested in taking my home. They were here to help. I told him I was having a hard time believing that and I might believe it after I received my mod. What a waste of money sending out letters and brochures. It does make you think about their intent. I have seen far more bad things about them than I have good. Until that changes, my opinion will stay the same. Don't trust 'em!
