I want to hear from all the people in this forum in this situation and what they did. Lets make this an information thread for all. |

Now a days for Jumbo loan every one asking LTV of 70% to 80%. To refi in that senario lender are asking us to fund 100 to 200k. I guess it is not at all advisable to put more money into the home. Our current LTV is 87%. Is there any one who could refi with that LTV. |
