I have been trying to work with WF to get a loan modification. They gave us a trial period and saig at the end of that they would work in the balance back into the loan. When I called to make the 4th payment I was told not to make it and to fax new paperwork in to them. I did and they gave us a nother trial payment plan. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know how many trials you have to do before they will approve the modification? or why they have done this |

If you can, save all the money you can that "could" go to a mortgage payment so that last payment or a lump bulk that may be asked for can be made. Keep in mind that if you do the math on your forebearance payments that there may be ( most definitely is) late fees included in the payment. If not they will be put on later. For me that meant close to 100.00 a month. That would not be applied to the loan, just absorbed in fees. |
