found out I am paying too much for escrow

I am with Wilshire Crrdit corp.via NACA.. and during the NACA document submission my escrow payment seems to be 211.00 a month more than my taxes and Homeowners insurance, I do not have PMI. So what should I do at this time? 3 years ago Wilshire changed the escrow because of something and I didn't know why. But last year I recieved a tax reduction because of a state program on property taxes because of school tax formula. . I have the tax bill and actual tax recepits from the county and town.
I just don't want to throw a wrench into the works... I will of course pursue this soon, but should I go after Wilshire during this restructure/ loan modification effort?
