has been nothing but hell but today I put my foot down and got a MHA plan after I was told I didn't qualify after putting a Hud counselors on the line with them as a third party. They were trying to make me sign papers for a Forobearnace Plan. I am five months behind my payments were 1945 with out taxes and insurance, now they will be 944.06 with taxes and insurance. Now I just have to wait for the documents. I did receive the Forbearance package in two days so we will see....

Your modification sounds truly amazing! Please keep us posted as you recieve the documents..

All I have to do now is wait for the Fed Ex package again. Chase does try to give people a Forbearnce Plan instead of the MHA Plan. Most people don't know the difference till the end of the trail when they are given a huge bill after the trail.

Fantastic work Prindia. I know waiting is awful. Glad you have the HUD counselor as a third party. Remember to read everything, get it all in writing, and question anything that sounds fishy!
