Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | NACA put me off again. Last night during what must be 8th or 9th appointment I was told that my hardship letter is incomplete. I sent them 2 already, but I agreed to send a third. Closest appointment was the end of October. Not really sure why we are not assigned to one or two people only. Every call is a different person, and each seems less experienced, if possible, than the previous caller. This last one asked me my current rate, and then said my rate was already "pretty standard". WTH does that mean?? I tried to get more information as to what NACA planned on submitting, but this caller would not give that info to me. I am still going to keep trying with them at least until NACA submits to see what will happen. |
