I have a 2nd Mortgage with Citi Financial for around 9.5%. I called the 866# and was told that this was administered at the Branch level. The folks at my branch are low level robot collectors and really don't care if they help me or not. They have said that they cannot help. (Will not) is more like it. Is there a higher level contact that I can get to?

Try calling the loss mitigation number I posted below, they should be able to help much more than regular old customer service.

Thanks! I will call that #. Have you heard of anyone else getting routed back to the branch like that?

I tried calling the # given and they were not helpful. They couldn't even find the mortgage. They gave me another # 800-949-0457. I called the number and they said there was probably nothing they could do. I obviously am not talking to the right people.
