In my experience and from reading this forum if you just send em they'll lose em for sure. Too many papers coming over the fax. There may be a place called "missing documents" that you should send them to. I don't know specifically with Wells. From what I've read they all need the 4506T, and it's even one of the mandated forms for HAMP. Rememer to fill out the type of taxes you file (1040, etc.) and there are a couple of places they need checked by YOU but I can't remember today what those are. Good Luck. |
