The bank WAMU asked two letters:
1. letter - do not have homeowner association (HOA)
2. letter - We do not live in the property.

We would like to have two simple letters.
We know for sure that there is no HOA and for sure that we don't live there.

Why does bank ask for these letters?

We don't want to write something that can bite us back.
