After working with a home saver councelor for 6 months and getting NOWHERE I wrote tothe president of BOA. I recieved a call from them wanting 60 days of paystubs, 60 days of bank statements and budget. I was told two days ago they would call me in two days with a negotiator. My question is I looked on the website and nothing changed for my process but there was another area. There was an additioanal area to apply, I clicked on and basically it asks how much you have and your hardship. They knew my cell phone number so that is new. I feel they have my new information ,but they have not called would you fill this out also or just leave it alone. |

Seems like you made some progress. I am surprised that you have not received the phone call. Maybe on Monday you can send Barbara an email to let her know you have yet to receive a phone call. The phone call with the negotiator is important. They will go over figures with you and give you instructions on where to fax your info. The fax number you receive will be a fax where the negotiator can get your paperwork. I can't help but think if you complete the online information, the person receiving it will be someone completely different than your assigned negotiator and you might have to start over. Keep us posted. |

I clicked on it and it shows that I submitted financials two weeks ago which I didn't. The Workout area correctly shows all the documents I faxed when I began this process (at the end of August). Its really strange because when I first called about a modification and they gave me a trial payment, the website stopped allowing me to submit payments. But about a week or so ago, Mortgage Pay Online became an option again. I am just going to start ignoring the website at this point. |

Simon, I think you are right, I do not know what to make of the websight but someone said maybe this is for people who have not started, to get in quicker and I think they are right. I think as it has been said here if you are somewhere in the process keep up and ignore the website. |
