Made 3rd trial payment...

Got a call the same day it posted. Missing docs. "We are missing the workout sheet, but we didn't send that out in all the packets", "We didn't receive the first page of your tax return" (uhmmm, I do taxes and have a copy in front of me of what i sent-"Send it again"), "We need a utility bill" (guess that one was my fault cos the most current one we had was for internet/phone, so that's what I sent and it doesn't "count").
Anyway, got that faxed to them, he said our payment will be the same as the trial, so if we don't get the new packet in the mail in the next few weeks to go ahead and have a 4th payment in by Nov.1.
Same old pattern, huh?
We were only behind one month in July and said we could get caught up when one of us got another job, but no...oh, we have this new thing that could help you out. sheesh. haha

Were you told youd get a new packet? All the same info again? I got that already with my 4th payment. It seems like we are starting the chasing game. I tought it was only me.... keep us posted of what you are ask to do again...good luck

We have now had a couple calls saying they need more than two pages from the tax return...I keep saying there are only two pages with the 1040A. ok.................

I finished my trial period and no one has even contacted me to direct me what I should do next. All my paper work has been submitted in full. dont get it...
