NACA has legally binding agreements with all the major lenders/servicers to achieve this. All of NACA’s services are FREE. Click here to view the NACA video.

FINALLY GOT AN APPROVAL through NACA by attending their save the dream tour wow i have not been on this site since march2009... because i gave up all hope.. but still held on to the faith and prayed alot... i have been struggling with my mortgage since October2008... going back and forth with COUNTRYWIDE now known as BANK OF AMERICA and NACA and i have been maintianing a 3month past due balance with huge fees... until the NACA save the dream tour came to chicago on 7-24-09, i attended along with thousands of other people.. it was a very lengthy process and i was there from 10am to 930pm.... only to be told that the investor of my loan FANNIE MAE needed to give a final approval and proposal and my case will take longer. i left feeling sooo defeated and again loosing the hope.. but now i understand that with such huge number of people like us.. its only fair to say the process has to take long... after repeated calls to naca and everyone else i can harrass on the phone.. FINALLY on... 9-14-9 naca told me i was approved! and that there was a proposal on the table for me.. AMEN.. at this point i am waiting for a naca negotiator to contact me with all the details of my approval im not sure what the terms are but whatever i have been approved for is better then the situation im in now.. and a blessing to finally get to this point. i will keep you all posted on the proposal... and my suggestion to everyone struggling is please attend the naca tour shows .. its worth the wait and by attending the tours naca gives your case priority and you might even be modified right there on the spot if possible.. i personally saw with my own eyes people screaming and crying and clapping and chearing because naca saved their home so definately worth the entire day you need to spend.. | ||||||||||||||||

I have not received my papers from Wells Fargo lowering my interest rate yet but I want to take those for NACA to review. I also want to ask them why Wells Fargo is not willing to give me a permanent modification. |

I guess I can go to the NACA convention on Saturday with just my loan info and see if they believe Wells Fargo is not following any loan modification guidelines. |

You will be there all day. Parking is $15 in the lots across the street. Bring your pay stubs, mortgage payment, property taxes and income tax return. Know your monthly credit card bills, utility bills, car payments, car maintenance and insurance costs, food expenses. They also had a company there willing to do a free (FREE) forensic loan audit. You have to have your loan paperwork and closing statement with you. It will take about 2 hours for that alone. |

Not attending were any credit unions, US Bank, SunTrust (that I noticed from this board). The biggest attendees with the most staff were BofA, Wells Fargo, Chase, Citi, and Wachovia. The least helpful, meaning I didn't see anyone brag on stage about, were BofA and Wells Fargo. |
