REPLY/POST if you had success with a permanent modification after your Trial Period - Thank You!

I want to start a thread with success stories of borrowers who have made their 3 (not 4 like the banks are asking for and is not in the HAMP guidelines) and received either short term (5yrs) or a permanent modification on their mortgage after the Trial Period has been completed.

I started working with Huntington Mortgage in Dec 08 for a modification. After the HAMP program was put into place I was eligiable and was put into that program. After one month waiting for paperwork from them I was told I was approved for the 3 month trial period. I finished my trial payments Aug 1st.
I received a fedex package on Sep 14th containing my FINAL modification papers.
My original payment was $2238.85 at 6.75%....
This is what I was given:
5 years @ 2.5%
6th year @ 3.5%
7th year @ 4.5%
8-30 years @ 5.375%
All late payments wiped away clean!!
