i have just ordered my loan mod. paper work from cco. has anyone else gone through or are tring to modify their loan with cco.(charter one mortgage)?

I know we had some homeowners here previously working with Charter One on a modification, but I'm not sure how many are still in process.

Do you have all your financial information and hardship letter ready to send to CCO?

i am waiting for the info as we speak.i will be typing up a hardship letter soon. any suggestions?

ok. just faxed all paper work to charter one mortgage. how long does it take now for them to get back to me on the mod.?
