Anyone get a response from the OCC? - Loan Modification Forum

Was wondering if anyone that filed a complaint got a meaningful response from them.

How long did it take? Did you file the complaint yourself or through a Senator?

I filed directly with them a couple of weeks ago, but have not heard from them.

I got a letter from the Wells Fargo Executive Office yesterday regarding the OCC complaint. Nothing new really, the same old stuff I've been getting from them - unemployment is not a permanent source of income and cannot be used as a qualifying income for HAMP.

I filed online on 8/28/2009, the OCC website status says "Review In Process".

I filed and my Senator and Congressman both filed for me. Nothing yet.
