Aurora loan servicing loan mod Please Help!! - Loan Modification Forum

can anyone tell me anything about getting a loan mod with Aurora loan servicing? They are telling me that my original note holder Arizona National Bank won't allow me to do anything until I am 90 days late. Anyone else heard of this? I need help I lost my job and need to get the loan modifiied. What are the laws now? Do they have to modify me?
Please help!!

With Aurora, they'll most like push their famous repayment plan to cure. It's up to your investor on what is allowed. Aurora appears to just be the servicer, so they won't have any final say.

Good luck. I have been dealing with Aurora for over a year now. I am currently on my 3rd repayment plan....
