Bad Enough Chase is SLOW, now Chapter 13 Trustee is Unavailable!!

My Chapter 13 attorney gets a letter on 9/10 from Chase Mortgage with info that our mortgage was approved for trial payments. Because in a Chapter 13, this letter needs to be approved by our Chapter 13 Trustee before we get our package. Our attorney forwards to the Trustee; his legal secretary tells our attorney's secretary that letter will go to Chase that day. I find out today, no letter sent. That the Trustee is extremely busy I'm told and will get to it when he can!!!!

So, I don't know if there is a deadline to be met. Wrote our rep at Chase, no response as yet which is weird, because she really always responds (we are lucky at least that way, whether good or bad news). Our payments were to start October 1.

Anyone out there have this problem?? Know deadlines??? Anything like that? Thanks all.

UPDATE!!!!!

GOT the approval by the Trustee to move ahead with the modification plans, BUT, says when it comes to doing the FINAL MODIFICATION, then they MAY or MAY NOT require Court approval. Now, let's see how long before we get the Trial Mod package from Chase.
