To everyone... keep calling if you dont get the answer you want!! they all lie all the time! i was denied twice before i got the trial mod paperwork. My payment was $2667 and the trial payments will be $1465 I will post again and let everyone know if my trial mod get turned into an actual mortgage modification Please everyone getting help reading this forum, make sure after you have success to post your success! people still fighiting trying to save their homes need to here the POSITIVE results some of us are getting See previous post at Denied By US Bank |

Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Re: Just Received Trial Mod Paperwork from U.S. Bank I entered trial modification 9-1-2009 and received a letter two weeks later that was dated 9-8-2009 saying I was denied for the following reason: "Did not meet the Net Present Value (NPV) requirement as defined by HAMP" What to do next? |

You just posted that other post in aug and you already have a trial mod... I have been fighting with them since April. Im getting very tired. If I didnt love my house so much I would walk away.... |

APPROVED 8/31, sent paperwork sept payment, sent oct 1st payment and THEN got a letter. I called no one knows anything, every person that i spoke to previousy is no longer with the company and they won't even remove the late fees they caused. They are not practicing DUE DILLIGENCE by running these tests PRIOR to sending the modification documents out and approving them. IF need be I am going to the MEDIA. |

First, BEFORE they actually offer a trial period plan and later, when they have the complete and latest documentation of your income. That's how it's supposed to be under HAMP-guidelines. Now if lenders are actually doing that, is another question.. | |
