Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | unemployment: their delays exhaust 9 mos timeframe I'm receiving unemployment bene's through mid-Sept (the end of my benefit year), but if still unemployed in mid-Sept will be able to open another year of claims which should last approx. 6 mos, then those will be extended by any federal/state extensions then available. With the "9 months" of UE insurance required, and the delays in completing these packages (I've been at this since Feb'09 and have just now re-opened my file for reconsideration after 2 denials), I'm wondering what my options are if there are more delays, then they come back and say "you don't have 9 months left of unemployment". Clearly I would have these months of bene's if they did their processing in the 60-90 days they promise.
