We were denied the first time and resubmitted everything again. Two weeks ago today, my husband called in to check the status. They guy says it was just approved and that the new payment was due August 31 and included taxes, insurance. We were ecstatic. I started hearing stories so I told my husband to call and double check. Then we are told it is a 3 month trial, does not include taxes, and have to resubmit everything again in November for review for the mod, which they try to get done in 30 days. There is a sale date for our home of October 14. Was told that after making the first payment, which I did, that the foreclosure is stopped. I read good stories, and bad about WF. What if our mod is not approved in November? Can they have us out of our home in 30 days in the middle of winter? Also, should we have recieved any kind of packet or information about this trial period we are going through? Please help. I am scared we will be left with no place to live. |

Yes you should receive the trial offer in writing along with all the gov't requirements and letter of fraud. Also they should suspend the foreclosure process, they did for us, we have just completed our 4th trial payment with WF. |

Should I have already received the trial offer papers? or does it take a while after making first payment. They have us so confused. The way I see it now, is if they dont approve, then oh well, but I am concerned about how the foreclosure process starts up again and how long that takes. After the first denial, I started packing boxes. they are still sitting everywhere in my house. One day, i will start to unpack them, then I stop. This is a terrible feeling. I feel for all of you as well that are going through what we are. some american dream this turned out to be. |

Originally we were set up for three and they extended it until they can complete our mod 45-60 days more-so they told us. We got our docs up front and sent in the first payment with the signed papers-but I know that many others haven't gotten their docs up front. I think there is just so many people applying that the banks can't keep up. |
