That is hardly news is it? Anyway, I'm not sure I'll be able to get through September if I pay the full amount. The rep from Barbara D.'s office said she could do the paperwork for a partial loan forbearance, but would not recommend it. I am tired of worrying about the payment and am thinking that if I get to pay $1,000 less until they either approve a modification or not I can finally have some breathing room. We will not stay in this house if the loan mod is not approved. I don't think it is worth giving up so much money and peace of mind for a house we have already sunk so much money into. Is there a negative to paying less until the mortgage is modified? Thank you |
