Thank you so much for your kindness. Like many others I have my first modified but also like others I also have a second mortgage which I am paying 11% on. Upon calling IndyMac who own our both mortgage, they are asking for a hardship letter on second. I would greatly appreciate if you can help us out on how to write a hardship letter on second mortgage with our first already modified. Does it have to be any different from the first hardship which you have already have here on this forum for examples. Thanks again |

The only addition I made to my 2nd hardship letter was pointing out the high interest rate - otherwise, the "hardship" was the same. |
