Second Mortgage hardship letter

Dear Forum Admin(s),

First I want to say "You guys (Moe and Evan) have helped so many people through this forum and not only help but have given us peace of mind. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Like many others I have my first modified but also like others I also have a second mortgage which I am paying 11% on. Upon calling IndyMac who own our both mortgage, they are asking for a hardship letter on second.
I would greatly appreciate if you can help us out on how to write a hardship letter on second mortgage with our first already modified. Does it have to be any different from the first hardship which you have already have here on this forum for examples.

Thank you so much for the kind words we truly appreciate it. I would suggest the hardship pretty much be the same, but add in that you have recently recieved a modification on your first mortgage but are still struggling because of the high interest rate on the 2nd mortgage.

When I applied or the mod on my second, they told me to just use the same hardship letter - change the acct number - pretty much the same package that was submitted on the first. The only addition I made to my 2nd hardship letter was pointing out the high interest rate - otherwise, the "hardship" was the same.
