New South Bank

Hi

Does anyone have any experience of working with New South Bank. I was trying ti help an elderly neighbor sign up for the Save the Home program through NACA. The NACA website says that the letter was submitted to the servicer. I caled the servicer just to see if they had the paperwork and was told that they don't work with outside companies..that a modification would need to be made to them directly....I am not understanding why they would not be willing to work with someone else. Has anyone worked with New South before?

Hello,

I don't have any experience with this bank and could not find any other posts with this bank. I am not sure that they can tell you who they will deal with. That seems like BS. Wait to see what happens with NACA is my suggestion.

Maybe another member will have some advice.
