Random question+BofA

I am curious, does anyone knows if the assigned "negotiator" for a BofA MHA modification request makes sure that the request meets the requirements (reviews income/expense and has all pertinent questions answered) for Freddie or Fannie, prior to the actual submission for approval?

I would really appreciate any thoughts....

Skipper

Hi Skipper,

Yes from my experience dealing with CW the negoitator must review your entire financial situation before your case goes to the investor for approval..

Thanks Evan,

The anxiety from waiting for a response has me conjuring up all kinds of things. The reality is that I have been forward with all of my income (working with HUD on the original submission) and expenses, and I have made myself available for any the negotiator may have. So far, nothing.

I hope this indicates a positive outcome from Freddie!
