Of course, like others everytime I call including today they say it is being reviewed with no other information available. The otehr day a lawyer for Ocwen had my mortgage released from chapter 13 which means Ocwen can foreclose if they want. So now I cannot find anything out from Ocwen on their intentions. I don't know if they will work with me and get the loan mod completed. Or if they will proceed with the foreclosure as well at the same time I am waiting for the loan mod to complete. And I have read many places that people have been turned down. I gave them everything and even one time when I called over a month ago they said they needed a house utility bill and our pay stubs again which I sent in that same day. Guess they were never going to ask me for them. So this worries me if I will loose the house now. Any comments? I'm so stressed! Thanks! |

We filed chapter 13 last year and then it had to be refiled earlier this year. I was told not to pay anything and then when we filed for the loan modification they said the same not to bother paying. So I'm quite behind. I have had a forbearance before and with that my payments would be way high. My only hope seems to be to get the Obama loan mod to go through hopefully. Just seeing if anyone else has had it go through. I have read where people were turned down for it though. |

But even if you don't qualify you can still achieve a traditional mod that may be just as good. Since you are very far behind and having trouble on your own you may want to contact a reputable real estate attorney or non profit organization to assist you..
