Need help w/Wells Fargo Mod - Loan Modification Forum

Hi, I have been trying for 8 months to get a loan mod from wells fargo.Everytime I call, they tell me that it's "with a negotiator" or being worked on". Today I rec'd notification that they are starting forclosure proceedings! I am at my wits end. Is there anyone out there that can assist me with this? I want to keep my home....

If you are having no luck with a mod on your own you can try going through Hope for Homeowners or NACA they are a non profit organizations that have helped many homeowners here achieve modifications:

my friend went thru NACA with great results! Hopefully they can do for me what they did for her!

Yes Jack mom NACA is an excellent organization and has had great success with many homeowners.
