How long does it take to here bank from negotiator

I emailed office of the pres on july 24 recieved phone call from customer advocay dpt. quickly was told i would speak to escalated nego. Spoke to a loss mitigation executive told us she would go over all my papers and i still haven't heard back. Its over a week now I am getting very anxious. I have been denied three times when i called and just spoke to whoever. Anybody have idea how long it usually takes to here from someone after they have your stuff through office of the pres?

From what I have seen it usually takes about a week or so for the negoitator to get back to you? Did you happen to get the name of the rep who is assigned to your case?

yes her name was Jessica Gedang. Also i just saw a thread that you can't have your house for sale while trying to do mod I am fuming because i put my house up because the last time i was denied they recomended that i put it up. I just called real estate agent and told him to take it off how do they know if its up or not? And does it matter how long it has been off market

Re: How long does it take to here bank from negotiator

Well now it is officially off the market. I know I need to be patient I promised the poor girl Jessica that I would be patient because I know they are swamped and trying to do the best they can. Plus I realized that my husbands pay was short one day on the last check and I called her to tell. I just want to know where I stand. Patience is a virtue I guess I need work on this dept.

Exclamation Re: How long does it take to here bank from negotiator

Well I was told that my negotiator would call me within 24 business hours. That was Last Thursday, I waited until Monday, NO call, Tuesday I had to bring my mom to the hospital so I didn't get to call, but, I also didn't receive one. Today I called AGAIN, just voice mail. I am so not surprised about this. I think they actually just make it look as if it will go quickly and then stall. Well I am submitted by NACA now also, so I will wait a few days and call David L. and see if he has seen anything from them. So I hope you have better luck with your negotiator !

Red face Re: How long does it take to here bank from negotiator

Mink,

I had my final call with NACA on Monday @ 4pm , I checked the website about 20 minutes later and it said "SUBMIT to SERVICER- Restructure" so once they have ALL the financials it is submitted right away!

I only use the term negotiator in reference to B of A because that is what Cynthia called her. Either way I haven't heard from the person from B of A that is supposed to help me. Hopefully NACA will have some effect...

Thumbs up Re: How long does it take to here bank from negotiator

I am going to call once a week... even though they told me to wait 3! I was advised here to do every week. And I am going to do just that, I have not been steered wrong yet from this wonderful forum!

MINKMELISSA: We have the same B of A negotiator. Can you tell me if you have heard back from her recently? Also, has going with NACA changed the process with Jessica? I have the same situation and have my call with NACA on Thursday.

Thanks for your help

Re: How long does it take to here bank from negotiator

Trying hard: I didn't hear back from her so i called her last friday she told me they were doing a bpo on my property and she would be hearing back soon but i wouldn't hear anthing for atleast another week which would be thursday or friday. I might call back on friday to find out she apologized because its taking a little longer then she thought. We had another appt today with naca the women said she would call back in twenty minutes she didn't I scheduled another appt for tomorrow so well see then. I am hoping that Jessica will get back to me before naca submits my papers to bank of america i would much rather just deal with Jessica because I was told once naca submits you can't deal with both. When did you first talk to jessica and how long did she tell you.

Re: How long does it take to here bank from negotiator

Hi Minknmelissa

My initial email to OOP was on 6/30, I then reemailed OOP on 7/7. I was assigned a negotiator on 7/7 by the name of Terri Barragan and then contacted by a new negotiator (Jessica Gedang) on 7/22.

She asked for a corrected document that I sent her on 7/23 and said she would be in touch in two weeks. On 8/4 she called my wife to ask a question and said our file was complete and she was submitted to the investor (BONY). She said it would take two to three weeks to hear back.

Its been two weeks so I'll wait until next week to follow up.

I'm suppose to have my final NACA call Thursday and my plan is to attend the Los Angeles Save the Dream tour if nothing happens by then (I think the tour is 9/11/09. If nothing happens, then I'll meet with B of A at the tour.

Exclamation Re: How long does it take to here bank from negotiator

Hello, I'm am new to this site. I have been on it alot this weekend.

I used to be a Taylor Bean customer, but as we all know they are no more. B&A took over my loan servicing. My loan is for 169k, and due to job lost back in April I am 5 months behind. I got a good job in June that could afford my regular payments but Taylor Bean at the time wouldn't exept anything less than 3 months at once. After BOA took my Loan they said the only thing to do was to modify my loan. They said could make my regular payments (even though i was 5 months behind) since there "computer" system told them i was modification material i guess.
I was a Idiot @ first and hired some scam artist lawer back in April which got me no where. I started working with Taylor Beans modification dept. acouple of months after. I got with in 20 days of my "work out" plan b4 the went under. Needless to say, at this point I'm VERY frustrated.
Currently i have sent a Email to the BOA executives, and have faxed my preliminary income information to BOA. I'm just looking for some advise as to which step is next.

Also, what has been peoples success rate with BOA?

And what is NACA, and should i be working with them?

Thanks so Much,

Good morning MinknMelissa
Any updates? Out of the blue, my Naca changed from submitted for restructure on 8/21 to submitted for forebearance on 8/28. Something is wrong.

Re: How long does it take to here bank from negotiator

Trying hard yes something is wrong i got call today from Jessica Gedang today she said since i was dealing with naca i couldn't deal with oop she said it was better for my case anyway so i guess they weren't getting anywhere with investor so i just happen to call naca and they were like oh yah your restructure was kicked back because you didn't hand in paystubs first of all i sent in everyone you could think of but i never even new they were missing one. I'm going to call naca every other day because they are so busy and i am very stressed out. I would call them cause that doesn't sound right
