ocwen loan modification!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we have been waiting for a loan modification from ocwen, we sent our financial package back in the middle of may, and have heard nothing. my husband calls, and the customer rep says they have no update, of course they are in india. so he has said he speaks spanish to be sent to the florida office and they keep saying they have 90 days to respond, which is in 3 weeks. we just don't know what to do since we have heard nothing, and they seem not to want to help, i'm affraid that they will never get a hold of us even after 90 days. what should we do from here, everyone says don't wait for them. we don't even know if any additional paperwork is needed, they should keep saying wait 90 days. it is frustrating just waiting. any advice would be greatly appreciated. someone on this forum recommended a person to talk to from ocwen, and gave her number out, but we have left several messages, and no response. thanks for any advice heidi.

Keep sending them updated information (pay stubs etc.) even if they don't request it. I had the same thing happen to me with wells fargo, after 3 month they decided to close my file because of 'outdated information'. Claimed they tried to contact me multiple times when I was calling them every two days for an update.. I had to call the executive office and have them reopen the file.
