indymac just rejected my loan mod!!

"we do not have a loan mod program for you at this time due to the fact that you have been able to make your payments"

are they asking for trouble or what??!! IM is encouraging us to "stop making payments"? and THEN they will mod our loan? this is nuts!

we are living off our INDYMAC HELOC (just to stay in our "upside down home"), and of course we stated that in our "hardship letter"

IM/ONE WEST is ABSOLUTELY "fueling the foreclosure market"...PRESIDENT OBAMA ARE YOU LISTENING!!

Yes it may be a lot more difficult to achieve a modification while current, but its not impossible. We have a few members here who have recently recieved a mod while current. Try this number that many here have shared on the forum:
