At this point..I'm not to sure what else to do..and perhaps other families in this forum can shed some light. I have been trying to get a loan modification from IndyMac which is now One West. They had origianlly offered a great deal to us..but because we did not have the money at that time in February we did not accept the loan modification. Once we did...they had set a sale date of May 13, 2009 I never got one notice from them at all. The way we found out was threw 1-800-Hope who has calling along with us to see if they would give us a loan modification. We were told the only to way to stop the sale was if we just file for BK which we did. After that happen we were not able to talk to Indymac/One West at All. It took me months to find a Public Councel to take our case. Once that happen One West Attorneys went to court and filed to proceed with the sale of the house and Lue of Stay something like that..that stated the bank could now talk to us in regards to a loan modification. It was granted. So Now we could send proof of income and we according to the previouse Loan offer we qualify..but now we got denied and our new Sale date is 8-13-09. I call every day to see if I can talk to a Supervisor or mananger or anyone..No one wants to hear us. We have never been Late on our mortgage in 9 years..and now we are loosing our home. IndyMac-One West says they do not work with the Obama Program and they do not see a need to work out any loan with us. Therefor we need to pick up our stuff and leave. I was Shocked to say the Least..of the RUDE remarks and messed up actittude that come from these people. IT is not easy to work so hard to fix your home..and maintain it and have you children grow up with the childrens neighbors and now because just like everyone else in this economy we got hit with job loss all our hard work does not matter. Begging and crying and pleading with them does not work..what other resource do I have. We can't afford to rentals in our neighborhood. We have pets..more than one.. 14 years with them and now rentals appartments wont let us even have one.. so that is out of comprehension. We want to stay in our home..but no matter what I try they will not postpone our sale date unless we pay them 15K if I had that much I go buy me a new home. Does anyone know what else we could do? Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | One West / Investor Deutsche bank turned down my loan modification HELP! My husband is self empolyed in the building trades which dried up here. We have a $720,000 interest only loan @ 6.37% and were on forebearance payments for 12 months of $912.00/ month. They now want us to resume the regular $3,856.00/ mortgage payments and just turned down our loan modification. Our P & L statement for the 1st 6 months was gross receivables of $52,500.00 and our net income was $16,600.00 They said we didn't make enough money to work out an affordable payment and should submit another P & L at the end of August. My husband's work has not picked up. Our house is worth about 1.4 mil.We are putting it on the market today. If Deutsche bank would just lower our interest rates we could make the mortgage payments! Does anyone know what they want income wise? Our representative Kevin Kyle wouldn't say. We are now in arrears by $50,000.00. and they haven't opened foreclosure proceedings yet but Kevin said it could happen in a month or two unless we start making the $3856.00 payments. Any advise anyone can give us would be greatly appreciated. |
