| Re: loan mod with asc/wells fargo
good morning everyone, i went on the wells fargo loan status inquiry site and it shows different info from yesterday. called wells this morning and the gal told me it is close to being finalized and sent out to me. not sure if this is true or not as i have had nothing but a great experience dealing with wells fargo. each time i call they are exceptionally nice and told me this is a difficult situation for anyone to have to be in and to be reassured that they are going to do what they can to help us. this is my second loan mod. i completed one last july but was locked in at a horrible rate of 10.5% so when the obama plan kicked in i called to see if our invester would consider completing a second loan mod with a lower rate. our 3 month forebearance payment was 1,807.50 which was at a 5.5% rate from our 2,549.03 at 10.5%. they told me as long as i complete the three probationary payments on or before the due date they will modify our loan at 5.5% or lower if possible.did anyone go thru this? thanks for your input.
