INdyMac Loan Mod/ Foreclosure

Hello~

This is my first post to this forum. I need some advice and help on what to do. I am currently seeking assistance with Indymac for a Loan Mod. I am in foreclosre and everyweek that I called in they had advised me there was no sell date. I have been calling in everyweek to make sure all the documents were recieved, it took them some time to get it imaged in. I called in last week and was told that all the documents were recieved and the foreclosure has been but opn hold(at that time no sell date was assigned). I call again in the beginning of this week and was told that the sell date has been issued for 7/30. I had try to see if they could postpone the date since it's in the process of review, and I understand that a LM is not always gauranteed. When I ask the Rep what else could I do to stop or hold the sell date the reply was a repayment plan. With the repayment plan I would have to put 50% down and right now I just don't have that kind of money. I don't know what to do the sell date is just around the corner. Anyone have any advice I would aprreciate it!

You need to keep calling and speaking to as many differentreps/ managers/ supervisors as possible until you get your sale date postponed.. For the repayment plan what exactly are they asking for, 50% of what you owe on late payments? Try using this number and email as well:
