Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | rec'd mod with wf BUT.... Ok back on june 15th we recd the package for the mod. Rate was fixed WONDERFUL monthly rate was GREAT. First payment due aug1st. Today i called because i sent back all the required paperwork and since it is 1/2 through july i thought i would send in the payment. They said oh you are to send in payment to the loss mig dept. I said oh the mod paperwork was sent back on 6/30 and my check for $83.00 was cashed on 6/30. She claims that it could take 30 days for the system to switch you from loss mig to the mod dept and finalized everything in the system. So i am still sending payment tommorrow but i think it seems odd that there is a 15 day delay.... thoughts anyone> |

Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Re: rec'd mod with wf BUT.... same goes with me - i completed the HAMP trial period - the last payment was due on July 1st - and until now - I haven't received the final doc from Wells - they claimed that the process takes a longer to convert the loan into a perm mod. we called the executive - and it seemed like they just want us to resubmit the paper work ... will kepp you posted of what the outcome will be |

Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Re: rec'd mod with wf BUT.... they rec'd the paperwork because the check for the contribution that was required was rec and it all went back in the same envelope. everything was sent to wells fargo however i called asc which could be the issue maybe wells fargo has completed it however the transmittion from adj to fixed rate has not been rec;d by asc. they confirm that something has been done or is being done so i guess i will just send payment in so i am not late. |
