Thanks for all of your help! I am gathering the required documentation to start my loan modification with Suntrust. I haven't sent anything in yet. Suntrust has requested 2 years tax returns, last 2 paystubbs and 2 months of bank statements. Has anyone had any experience with them asking for any other documentation, such as phone bills, cable bills, etc.? Not sure what's best to do to have a modification approved. I look at the expense information that they require and I am wondering if we should be working at a deficit each month, or is it best to have a few hundred dollars left after paying our bills. I am not 30 days late yet, but will not be able to make July's mortgage payment. I've been using all of my income and cash advances to make my last few payments, now I am tapped out. Also, has anyone else had experiences with Suntrust and trying to modify a jumbo loan and if so how did it turn out? I'll keep the forum posted on my progress, I should have everything submitted by Monday. Thanks. |

If you are denied, your best bet would be to challenge in court "who owns the property" and "how can I be forced into forclosure by a bank that does not own the property?" I would bet they do not even have the deed... |
