Flagstar - Loan Modification Forum

I hired Pavia to handle the loan mod with Flagstar and I feel as if I keep getting the run around from Flagstar, Pavia keeps telling me Flagstar is looking into the mod and now Flagstar wants a new hard ship letter and bank statements.

Apparently the forensic audit which showed gross errors is not enough pressure to put on Flagstar.

Is there a way to contact the CEO or someone who can actually do something with this loan mod?

FYI: this loan mod has been going on for almost a year now.
