Hamp - Loan Modification Forum

Has anyone entered into the HAMP and then not able to make the payments? I was given the HAMP trial with payments almost the same as my mortgage. We thought we could do it for atleast 3 more months, then wouldn't you know it more income loss! We were in a bind again and my husband was laid off for a week also! Anyone else?

When all else fails call ERT, Office of the President! I won't deal with Loss Mit again! They bend over backwards and are very polite about eveything!

You would be the first I have heard of but not the first where the payment were not that great. Yes, its not what you know, it's who you know. Good call!!
