Wells Fargo _ Mortgage Backed Securities - Loan Modification Forum

I just got off the phone with WF executive line. We submitted our modification package a few weeks ago. I have been trying to find out who our investor is and every time I call I ask. FINALLY someone told me - We are in a pool of mortgage backed securities

Anyone have any luck with this???

This is the great mystery and it is almost impossible to find out unless your mortgage servicer reveals your investor to you. Please keep in mind that their # 1 job is to protect the lender at all costs within the law. Hence, it is very rare.
