I am seeking a good loan modification lawyer that will not charge up front fee's. Any good contacts in southern california LA, OC, Riverside area ?

Danny,

You may want to contact the attorney that is authorized to be on the forum and see if they would be able to refer you to someone in your area as members would be unable to post referals to specific attorneys without them being authorized to be on the forum.............or you would need to look on your state's bar association website for a referal........
