Provident funding told me that it is there policy and will not modify current loans. Now I am a month behind getting ready to go two months behind and still nothing. Provident funding has been extremely rude and unprofessional with me. I don't want to lose my home, but my 163000 mortgage is 1520 each month 30 year fixed with my escrow at 7.25%. I had a 814 average credit score until now. My house is now only worth half the price I paid for it. I am losing my mind over my home it just doesnt seem worth all of the hassel to try and fight when I am almost positive I will fail with Provident. Any information would be helpful |

I would download that information and read it...very helpful. Call loss mitigation department as much as you can. I used to call 3-6 times in a day until I received someone that knew what they were talking about. Read read read as much as you can about the different type of work out plans...be informed because when you call some of the loss mitigation reps may not know what they are talking about. If you are informed you can tell them..and demand to speak with a manager. Hopefully *** or Moe have the number to the executive office for Provident that always helps. Everything will work out great...have faith. It takes lots of time and persistence. I am still waiting on my modification. I am committed to calling Wachovia/Wells Fargo 2-3 times a week. |

Here is my problem ex-girlfriend is a co-borrower on the loan but she left the state. Can I fill out the paperwork without her and leave her off? I will have to put in my letter that she is no longer residing in the home and moved out of state. |
