wells Fargo modification Question - Loan Modification Forum

My home is valued at 302,000. I owe 425,000. I have an interest only first with WF with a 7.5 Interest rate and second with WF for 8.0 interest rate and a third with Navy Federal for 8.5. My total monthlty mortgage is 3100. I have a 20,000 unsecured line of credit and 35,000 in CC debt. I take home between 5500-6500 a month depending on overtime. I am current on all payments but barely. What are the chances of getting wells to approve a modification?

To answer your question you would need to go through the modification process with Wells and submit all of the information that they require for the process...................you can read through the steps to take and where to contact here in this link..........
