I have an interest only first with WF with a 7.5 Interest rate and second with WF for 8.0 interest rate and a third with Navy Federal for 8.5. My total monthlty mortgage is 3100. I have a 20,000 unsecured line of credit and 35,000 in CC debt. I take home between 5500-6500 a month depending on overtime. I am current on all payments but barely. What are the chances of getting wells to approve a modification? |
