WAMU Loan - Loan Modification Forum

I'm underwater $175K and in process now. Have not made a payment this year. Working with a loan mod company now. We are hoping to get a 40yr. loan at 3%. My accountant says let the property go.

You have a thread of your own right here.............you were posting on a thread that was over a year and a half old.

You are working with a loan mod company............and your post didn't have any questions in it.

The lenders have steps that they are following for a modification which the company that you are working with will be able to go over with you.
