 Litton Mod
I am filling out those very forms for Litton right now. I called this afternoon to make sure I filled them out right and the lady said there was NEW info even just this week. She said instead of two weeks worth of check stubs, to send one month, two months of bank statements, copy of tax return, and the two forms you mentioned. I am freaking out. They gave me until Wed. to send these via fax and the lady said she would get them at her personal fax machine and that it would be okay to call later this week to make sure they were noted. I can't relax. We have six children and I can't imagine moving them in shame this way. I hate waiting to make a payment too. I haven't seen this aspect dealt with on this forum. The whole "if you are late with payments and trying to get a modification, don't make any payments until you have an answer". I worry about back taxes, homeowner's insurance because they are escrowed into our payments. I've never asked about that and now, I'm afraid to. I keep wondering if I'm doing something wrong in this whole process. Has anyone had a successful modification with Litton?
