we went through a loan mod with
cw ......we felll behind on our payments due to job tranfer that didnt work out ......LONG STORY........we moved from calif to colorado .in dec 2008 we were trying to do what ever it took to save the house from forecloser in calif ...So and
cw rep did a loan mod for us and said it would bring our payment lower...my payments were 1630.90 and no impounds..........not only get lower my impounds are included ......We got the loan docs just to see that the payment went up 1841.00 and escrow 0.01 so i called
cw and hope team asked why to find out they had put theit insurance on at 2500 yr when i had been paying on it with my insurance and mine is only 850 yr .......so they added mine back and i was told my new payment was 1630.90 mo so i signed the loan doc thinking that was my payment and sent in my payment .......we moved back to calif cause my husband got a job offer here .....got my kids in school to find out the company said he cant work ...he was out of work for 2 weeks found anouther job that pays less and wont work due to rain so we havent got a full check .....got my new
cw bill and it say my payment is 1841.00 or 2150.00 if i want impound ........Call them and they said i dont have impounds like i was told nor my payment isnt 1650.00 and its my fault i sign the loan and
cw cant do another till 12mo ...i couldnt pay febs payment because we didnt have it and now its march im sooo stressed and dont know what to do ......i feel i was mislead and now im in a bind and countrywide dont care....
i called
cw on the 4 th march told the rep the whole story she said because i did the loan doc i wouldnt get the bailout to lower my payment but because the income and job is lower she wasnt sure so she had me fax all info to her i guess they have a speical fax number for the new program they annouced march 4th ......soo if anyone knows what i should do please let me know ...
i also called naca and have a phone appointment tomorrow are the even gonna be able to help?

I did a loan mod in dec 08 because we almost lost the house to forecloser ...We did a loan mod with cw the rep told me my payments would be something i could afford my old payment were 1630.90 but i paid my own inpounds my property taxes were 3500.00 yr and i was also told in new mod would be included .........well i got the doc and my new payment is 1841.65 so i wasnt happy so called heart program they said my inpounds were included and they added there own insurance to my loan the was 2500 yr .....i was already paying insurance and mine is around 850 yr they went ahead took theirs off and mine back on ...then i was told that would make my payment lower.....we were living in Colorado at that time and house in CA so i went ahead and signed loan docs western union my payment to cw as i was told ....in the meantime my husband lost his job in co and was offered a job in CA we own the house in CO too tried to sell it didnt go well so we had to rent it out for less then my housepayment .....and we moved back to CA to find out he didnt have a job .......took him 3 week to find a job making less then he was in Co .....So i fell behind on everything again still making my payments but late ....so i made jan western union thats one febs payment was late made the 1841.65 ....then march about 4 days ago which i had to pay no less then 1941.65 or the cw rep wouldnt take my payment !!!!! never heard of that !!!!now im tring to see if we can get the the new program the obama plan but everytime i call i get im a payment behind and im not and they cant tell me why!!! now they say my jan payment was for dec BUT on my loan mod doc it dont say nothing about a dec payment only a jan payment plus now everytime i call it goes to india cant understand a word they say im fedup!!!!!!!!!!!is there a email i can try to get something done im lost and agervated and about reay to go off the handle !!!!!!
