What if a home owner has an excellent credit score and has been curent with all bills for the past 15 years, wife works and makes about 35,000 a year and the husban was laid off due to the economic decline and has been looking for work for the past 3 + months with no success and the savings are running out soon. can these peaple qualify for loan modification??
