Applied in December, neglected by never hearing one single word from our analyst. Called the Ex. Team and heard from a wonderful lady from this team. She requested updates from Loan mit. over and over and over and they ignored her too. She finally made contact via phone with the department. That afternoon I heard from my new analyst. The first time ever in 3 months. She said the only thing she could do is to offer me a forbearance since the Obama plans were still in the works. She gave me an adjusted payment and I said, talk to you in June. Never once said a word about a TRIAL PERIOD. I totally respect that her hands are tide, but by waiting until June will only make my life more miserable. Hers too... My papers finally arrived and it clearly stated I was in default, I requested the forbearance and it will not freeze my credit. ALL three of these statements are wrong wrong wrong. Our credit is the only way we keep our business running. The ONLY way chase will get paid. They will create unemployment for us if they don't freeze our credit while we are waiting on THEM. So, I've called, called, called, faxed, faxed and faxed our analyst. Not one return call. I did speak to our Ex. and she is hopefully getting results but as of today, the paperwork must be returned and signed by them with payment by Tuesday. My credit/business will clearly be destroy after Tuesday. I don't get the luxury of waiting until after my mod to remove my late fees. I will be completely out of business as it's monitored and each and every little thing, they are alerted. But... how can you protect yourself if they won't return your calls? This is where it all begins to completlely go down hill. All my hard work and effort destroyed by money hungry greedy companies. By the time June rolls around they will be even more slammed and clearly won't care because all we are is just a paycheck. Chase and/or Fannie Mae is overwhelming them and creating more problems for us. I just want this finalized so I can move on. I can stay focused and strive on being successful in my obligations to pay Chase if they will realize I am serious about taking care of my family and myself. I want a future, doesn't everyone want a future? I had NOT been late although it's destroyed me in every way possible. I feel they are adding more stipulations in helping everyone. They are making it more difficult. It's actually becoming more complicated in what they can do to help. Where is the 2-3% for the life of the loan modifications? How about the true reductions? Nope, all I've seen is excuses and probation periods. I clearly feel like I've been in prison with this payment, and now they are providing us with probation officers that we will report to in June so we can see if we are released or report back to our cel. Who's to blame with this trial period nonsense? What about those of us who didn't pocket the last 6 months of house payments or pay off our credit cards? Haven't we proven enough? |

What should it be ? I think we have around $ 500.00. Is this considered too much ? any advice would be appreciated as time is of the essence and I DO NOT want to get this wrong . .and one other question....our taxes and insurance are not included anywhere on the worksheet but they are asking for a copy of them if you pay them yourselves which we do. I did not include this in my financials as I said their was no place to list them. therefore will they deduct this from the surplus ?????? THANKS ! |
