Mod with First Horizon

So it looks like my loan mod attempt with Citi has been shot down. So now I am focusing on perhaps a loan mod with First Horizon. I have a 2nd mortgage with them at a fixed rate of 6.65 (balloon mortgage which doesn't come due for another 12 years).

I have already called the loss mitigation dept (the phone# I found on these boards) and left a voice mail, but I Was just curious if anyone has had any success modifying a 2nd mortgage with First Horizon?
