I have just entered the loan modification arena and I am getting different answers to my questions from these loan modification companies. My question is; I am currently unemployed collecting unemployment checks each week. Is this regarded as income? Do I need a job to qualify for a loan modification? Also I am seeing the news about companies taking peoples money and then disappearing. How do you know if the company you are dealing with is reputable or not? Is anyone else having this trouble about trust? Thanks |
