Addding someone to Mortgage - Loan Modification Forum

My husband, myself and my mom are all listed on the title of the house my husband & I live in. My mom owns a 2nd home that she lives in. The mortgage for the house we live in is only in my mom's name, though we make the payment every month. Is it possible to have our names added to the mortgage note?

I don't think it's possible to be added to a mortgage without refinancing. If this were possible, then people would be able to boost their credit scores by getting added to mortgages that they didn't actually qualify for themselves.
