Has anyone heard of a new program coming out for people that are not in mortgages with Fannie or Freddie? I was told by a mortgage loss mitigation person that there is a new plan coming out within next ten to fifteen days for people in subprime mtgs not backed by gov. Maybe they are realizing that the subprime companies haven't been doing all they should be doing to help people since foreclosures are still going up. Also I spoke to my congressman yesterday and make sure you contact your senators and congressman they have forms and people in their office to help you with mortgage companies that are not on the modification boat.
